Turunnya ayat faraidh berkenaan dengan pertanyaan Jabir bin Abdullah tentang warisan kalalah saat ia sakit
Imam Tirmidzi : 2023حَدَّثَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ الصَّبَّاحِ الْبَغْدَادِيُّ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُنْكَدِرِ سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ يَقُولُمَرِضْتُ فَأَتَانِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَعُودُنِي فَوَجَدَنِي قَدْ أُغْمِيَ عَلَيَّ فَأَتَى وَمَعَهُ أَبُو بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرُ وَهُمَا مَاشِيَانِ فَتَوَضَّأَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَصَبَّ عَلَيَّ مِنْ وَضُوئِهِ فَأَفَقْتُ فَقُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ كَيْفَ أَقْضِي فِي مَالِي أَوْ كَيْفَ أَصْنَعُ فِي مَالِي فَلَمْ يُجِبْنِي شَيْئًا وَكَانَ لَهُ تِسْعُ أَخَوَاتٍ حَتَّى نَزَلَتْ آيَةُ الْمِيرَاثِ{ يَسْتَفْتُونَكَ قُلْ اللَّهُ يُفْتِيكُمْ فِي الْكَلَالَةِ }الْآيَةَ قَالَ جَابِرٌ فِيَّ نَزَلَتْقَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ
Narrated to us [Al Fadhl bin Ash Shabbah Al Baghdadi] has informed us [Ibn 'Uyainah] has informed us [Muhammad bin Al Munkadir] he heard [Jabir bin 'Abdullah] say; I once suffered from illness, then Rasulullah peace be upon him visited me, and he found me in a fainting state. He came with Abu Bakr and Uthman, both of them walked, then Rasulullah peace be upon him walked and sprinkled his ablution water on me and I woke up. I asked, "O Messenger of Allah, how should I make a decision regarding my property? Or what should I do with my property?" But he hasn't answered my question. He had nine sisters, until the Mirats verse came down. "They ask you for a fatwa, say; Allah is the one who gave you a fatwa in the matter of Al Kalalah." Jabir said : Regarding my problem, this verse came down. Abu Isa said : This is an authentic Hasan hadith.
