Hadith Representative
Nabi menegur orang yang bersumpah tidak akan berbuat baik dalam pertengkaran utang, hingga ia melepaskan tuntutannya
Imam Bukhari : 2506حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَبِي أُوَيْسٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَخِي عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ أَبِي الرِّجَالِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ أَنَّ أُمَّهُ عَمْرَةَ بِنْتَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ قَالَتْ سَمِعْتُ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا تَقُولُسَمِعَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَوْتَ خُصُومٍ بِالْبَابِ عَالِيَةٍ أَصْوَاتُهُمَا وَإِذَا أَحَدُهُمَا يَسْتَوْضِعُ الْآخَرَ وَيَسْتَرْفِقُهُ فِي شَيْءٍ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ وَاللَّهِ لَا أَفْعَلُ فَخَرَجَ عَلَيْهِمَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ أَيْنَ الْمُتَأَلِّي عَلَى اللَّهِ لَا يَفْعَلُ الْمَعْرُوفَ فَقَالَ أَنَا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ وَلَهُ أَيُّ ذَلِكَ أَحَبَّ
Narrated to us Isma'il bin Abi Uwais, my brother narrated to me from Sulaiman from Yahya bin Sa'id from Abu ar-Rijal Muhammad bin 'Abdur Rahman that his mother, 'Amrah bint 'Abdur Rahman, said: I heard 'Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) say: The Messenger of Allah peace and blessings be upon him heard the voices of disputants at the door, their voices raised. One was asking the other to lower his debt and be lenient, but he said: 'By Allah, I will not do it.' The Messenger of Allah peace and blessings be upon him went out to them and said: 'Where is the one who swears by Allah not to do good?' The man said: 'I am, O Messenger of Allah. It is up to him whatever he prefers.'
