Perintah Rasulullah untuk menetapkan pengurangan harga sesuai kadar kerusakan
Imam Muslim : 2909حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ الْحَكَمِ وَإِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ دِينَارٍ وَعَبْدُ الْجَبَّارِ بْنُ الْعَلَاءِ وَاللَّفْظُ لِبِشْرٍ قَالُوا حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ الْأَعْرَجِ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ عَتِيقٍ عَنْ جَابِرٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَمَرَ بِوَضْعِ الْجَوَائِحِ قَالَ أَبُو إِسْحَقَ وَهُوَ صَاحِبُ مُسْلِمٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ بِشْرٍ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ بِهَذَا
Narrated to us by [Bisyr bin Hakam] and [Ibrahim bin Dinar] and [Abdul Jabbar bin 'Ala'] and this is the wording of Bisyr, they said Narrted to us by from [Sufyan bin 'Uyainah] from [Humaid Al A'raj] from [Sulaiman bin 'Atiq] from [Jabir], that the Prophet (peace be upon him) ordered to set a price reduction according to the amount of damage present." Abu Ishaq said, "He is the companion of Muslim." Narrated to us by Abdurrahman bin Bisyr from Sufyan like this.
