Larangan memelihara anjing tanpa keperluan, kecuali untuk ladang atau ternak
Imam Tirmidzi : 1407حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنِيعٍ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَعِيلُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ اقْتَنَى كَلْبًا أَوْ اتَّخَذَ كَلْبًا لَيْسَ بِضَارٍ وَلَا كَلْبَ مَاشِيَةٍ نَقَصَ مِنْ أَجْرِهِ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ قِيرَاطَانِقَالَ وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُغَفَّلٍ وَأَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ وَسُفْيَانَ بْنِ أَبِي زُهَيْرٍ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى حَدِيثُ ابْنِ عُمَرَ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ وَقَدْ رُوِيَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ أَوْ كَلْبَ زَرْعٍ
Narrated to us [Ahmad bin Mani'] said, narrated to us [Isma'il bin Ibrahim] from [Ayyub] from [Nafi'] from [Ibnu Umar], he said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: 'Whoever keeps a dog or takes a dog without need, not for guarding livestock, will have two qirath deducted from his reward every day.' He said: 'In this matter, there are similar hadiths from Abdullah bin Mughaffal, Abu Hurairah, and Utsman bin Abu Zuhair.' Abu Isa said: 'The hadith of Ibnu Umar is hasan sahih. It is also narrated from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, that he said: Or a dog for guarding a garden."'"
