Edustava hadith
Budak milik bersama yang dimerdekakan sebagian oleh salah satu pemiliknya, maka pemilik itu menanggung sisa bagian yang lain
Imam Muslim : 2759و حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى وَابْنُ بَشَّارٍ وَاللَّفْظُ لِابْنِ الْمُثَنَّى قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ النَّضْرِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ عَنْ بَشِيرِ بْنِ نَهِيكٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ فِي الْمَمْلُوكِ بَيْنَ الرَّجُلَيْنِ فَيُعْتِقُ أَحَدُهُمَا قَالَ يَضْمَنُ
Narrated to us by [Muhammad bin Al Mutsanna] and [Ibnu Basysyar] while the wording is from Ibnu Al Mutsanna both said Narrated to us by [Muhammad bin Ja'far] Narrated to us by [Syu'bah] from [Qatadah] from [Nadlr bin Anas] from [Basyir bin Nahik] from [Abu Hurairah] from the Prophet peace be upon him, he said about a slave owned by two people, then one of them frees his share, he said: "He guarantees (the burden of his brother).
