Kemiripan ciri anak dengan lelaki yang dituduhkan tidak membatalkan li'an dan tidak menjatuhkan hukum rajam
Imam Nasa'i : 3416أَخْبَرَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ حَمَّادٍ قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا اللَّيْثُ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ عَنْ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّهُ قَالَذُكِرَ التَّلَاعُنُ عِنْدَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ عَاصِمُ بْنُ عَدِيٍّ فِي ذَلِكَ قَوْلًا ثُمَّ انْصَرَفَ فَأَتَاهُ رَجُلٌ مِنْ قَوْمِهِ يَشْكُو إِلَيْهِ أَنَّهُ وَجَدَ مَعَ امْرَأَتِهِ رَجُلًا قَالَ عَاصِمٌ مَا ابْتُلِيتُ بِهَذَا إِلَّا بِقَوْلِي فَذَهَبَ بِهِ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَخْبَرَهُ بِالَّذِي وَجَدَ عَلَيْهِ امْرَأَتَهُ وَكَانَ ذَلِكَ الرَّجُلُ مُصْفَرًّا قَلِيلَ اللَّحْمِ سَبِطَ الشَّعْرِ وَكَانَ الَّذِي ادَّعَى عَلَيْهِ أَنَّهُ وَجَدَهُ عِنْدَ أَهْلِهِ آدَمَ خَدْلًا كَثِيرَ اللَّحْمِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ اللَّهُمَّ بَيِّنْ فَوَضَعَتْ شَبِيهًا بِالرَّجُلِ الَّذِي ذَكَرَ زَوْجُهَا أَنَّهُ وَجَدَهُ عِنْدَهَا فَلَاعَنَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَيْنَهُمَافَقَالَ رَجُلٌ لِابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ فِي الْمَجْلِسِ أَهِيَ الَّتِي قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَوْ رَجَمْتُ أَحَدًا بِغَيْرِ بَيِّنَةٍ رَجَمْتُ هَذِهِ قَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ لَا تِلْكَ امْرَأَةٌ كَانَتْ تُظْهِرُ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ الشَّرَّ
Narrated to us [Isa bin Hammad] he said : Narrated to us [Al Laits] from [Yahya bin Sa'id] from [Abdurrahman bin Al Qasim] from [Al Qasim bin Muhammad] from [Ibn Abbas] that he said, "The li'an was mentioned with the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him then, 'Ashim bin 'Adi then said something about this and then left. Then a man from his people came to complain to him that he had found someone with his wife. 'Ashim said, "I was not tested by this except because of my words." Then he went with him to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) and told him about someone who found his wife above him said: "Yes Allah, give clarity." Then the woman gave birth to a child who was similar to the person her husband mentioned, that he had found by his wife's side. And Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam ordered the two of them to exchange curses (oaths). Then a man said to Ibn Abbas in an assembly, "Is this woman the one whom Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: 'If I could stone someone without proof, I would stone this woman'? Ibn Abbas replied, "No. That is a woman who shows the ugliness in Islam."
