Wanita yang ditalak tiga menjalani iddah di rumah selain rumah suaminya, dan Nabi memilihkan rumah yang menjaga kehormatannya
Imam Tirmidzi : 1054حَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلَانَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا شُعْبَةُ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي الْجَهْمِ قَالَدَخَلْتُ أَنَا وَأَبُو سَلَمَةَ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَلَى فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ قَيْسٍ فَحَدَّثَتْنَا أَنَّ زَوْجَهَا طَلَّقَهَا ثَلَاثًا وَلَمْ يَجْعَلْ لَهَا سُكْنَى وَلَا نَفَقَةً قَالَتْ وَوَضَعَ لِي عَشَرَةَ أَقْفِزَةٍ عِنْدَ ابْنِ عَمٍّ لَهُ خَمْسَةً شَعِيرًا وَخَمْسَةً بُرًّا قَالَتْ فَأَتَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَذَكَرْتُ ذَلِكَ لَهُ قَالَتْ فَقَالَ صَدَقَ قَالَتْ فَأَمَرَنِي أَنْ أَعْتَدَّ فِي بَيْتِ أُمِّ شَرِيكٍ ثُمَّ قَالَ لِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّ بَيْتَ أُمِّ شَرِيكٍ بَيْتٌ يَغْشَاهُ الْمُهَاجِرُونَ وَلَكِنْ اعْتَدِّي فِي بَيْتِ ابْنِ أُمِّ مَكْتُومٍ فَعَسَى أَنْ تُلْقِي ثِيَابَكِ وَلَا يَرَاكِ فَإِذَا انْقَضَتْ عِدَّتُكِ فَجَاءَ أَحَدٌ يَخْطُبُكِ فَآذِنِينِي فَلَمَّا انْقَضَتْ عِدَّتِي خَطَبَنِي أَبُو جَهْمٍ وَمُعَاوِيَةُ قَالَتْ فَأَتَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَذَكَرْتُ ذَلِكَ لَهُ فَقَالَ أَمَّا مُعَاوِيَةُ فَرَجُلٌ لَا مَالَ لَهُ وَأَمَّا أَبُو جَهْمٍ فَرَجُلٌ شَدِيدٌ عَلَى النِّسَاءِ قَالَتْ فَخَطَبَنِي أُسَامَةُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ فَتَزَوَّجَنِي فَبَارَكَ اللَّهُ لِي فِي أُسَامَةَهَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ وَقَدْ رَوَاهُ سُفْيَانُ الثَّوْرِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ أَبِي الْجَهْمِ نَحْوَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ وَزَادَ فِيهِ فَقَالَ لِيَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ انْكِحِي أُسَامَةَ حَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودٌ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ أَبِي الْجَهْمِ بِهَذَا
Narrated to us [Mahmud bin Ghailan], narrated to us [Abu Daud], he said: Informed us [Syu'bah], informed me [Abu Bakar bin Abu Al Jahm], he said: 'I and Abu Salamah bin Abdurrahman visited [Fathimah binti Qais]. She narrated that her husband divorced her thrice. She received no housing or maintenance. She said: He gave me ten sacks: five of wheat and five of flour at her cousin's house." She said: "I came to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, and informed him. He said: 'True.' He said: 'He ordered me to observe iddah at Umu Syarik's house, then the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Ummu Syarık's house is frequented by Muhajirin observe iddah at Ibnu Umi Maktum's. When you remove your garment, he cannot see you. When your iddah ends and someone proposes, inform me." When my iddah ended, Abu Jahm and Mu'awiyah proposed. (Fathimah binti Qais) said: "I came to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, and informed him he replied: 'Mu'awiyah has no wealth, while Abu Jahm is very harsh with women.' (Fathimah binti Qais) said: "Usamah bin Zaid proposed and married me. Allah blessed me with Usamah." This is a sahih hadith. [Sufyan Ats Tsauri] narrated it from [Abu Bakar bin Abu Al Jahm] as an existing hadith with addition: "The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said to me: 'Marry Usamah.'" Narrated to us [Mahmud], narrated to us [Waki'] from [Sufyan] from [Abu Bakar bin Abu Al Jahm] with this hadith.'"
