Talak tiga sekaligus dihitung satu pada masa Nabi, Abu Bakar, dan dua tahun awal kekhalifahan Umar, lalu Umar memberlakukannya sebagai tiga
Imam Nasa'i : 3353أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ سَيْفٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ عَنْ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّ أَبَا الصَّهْبَاءِجَاءَ إِلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ فَقَالَ يَا ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ أَلَمْ تَعْلَمْ أَنَّ الثَّلَاثَ كَانَتْ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَأَبِي بَكْرٍ وَصَدْرًا مِنْ خِلَافَةِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا تُرَدُّ إِلَى الْوَاحِدَةِ قَالَ نَعَمْ
Narrated to us [Abu Daud Sulaiman bin Saif], he said : has told us [Abu 'Ashim] from [Ibn Juraij] from [Ibn Thawus] from [his father] that Abu Shohba' came to [Ibn Abbas] and said : O Ibn Abbas, don't you know that three divorces occurred during the time of Rasulullah peace be upon him, Abu Bakr and the beginning of the caliphate of Umar radiallahu 'anhuma, returning to one divorce? He answered; yes.
