Pernikahan abdurrahman bin auf dengan wanita anshar, dengan mahar pernikahan sebiji kurma emas, dan Rasululllah menganjurkan mengadakan walimah
Imam Tirmidzi : 1856حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنِيعٍ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَعِيلُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدٌ عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَلَمَّا قَدِمَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَوْفٍ الْمَدِينَةَ آخَى النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ سَعْدِ بْنِ الرَّبِيعِ فَقَالَ لَهُ هَلُمَّ أُقَاسِمُكَ مَالِي نِصْفَيْنِ وَلِيَ امْرَأَتَانِ فَأُطَلِّقُ إِحْدَاهُمَا فَإِذَا انْقَضَتْ عِدَّتُهَا فَتَزَوَّجْهَا فَقَالَ بَارَكَ اللَّهُ لَكَ فِي أَهْلِكَ وَمَالِكَ دُلُّونِي عَلَى السُّوقِ فَدَلُّوهُ عَلَى السُّوقِ فَمَا رَجَعَ يَوْمَئِذٍ إِلَّا وَمَعَهُ شَيْءٌ مِنْ أَقِطٍ وَسَمْنٍ قَدْ اسْتَفْضَلَهُ فَرَآهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ وَعَلَيْهِ وَضَرٌ مِنْ صُفْرَةٍ فَقَالَ مَهْيَمْ قَالَ تَزَوَّجْتُ امْرَأَةً مِنْ الْأَنْصَارِ قَالَ فَمَا أَصْدَقْتَهَا قَالَ نَوَاةً قَالَ حُمَيْدٌ أَوْ قَالَ وَزْنَ نَوَاةٍ مِنْ ذَهَبٍ فَقَالَ أَوْلِمْ وَلَوْ بِشَاةٍقَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ قَالَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَنْبَلٍ وَزْنُ نَوَاةٍ مِنْ ذَهَبٍ وَزْنُ ثَلَاثَةِ دَرَاهِمَ وَثُلُثٍ و قَالَ إِسْحَقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَزْنُ نَوَاةٍ مِنْ ذَهَبٍ وَزْنُ خَمْسَةِ دَرَاهِمَ سَمِعْتُ إِسْحَقَ بْنَ مَنْصُورٍ يَذْكُرُ عَنْهُمَا هَذَا
Narrated to us [Ahmad bin Mani'], narrated to us [Isma'il bin Ibrahim], narrated to us [Humaid] from [Anas], he said: When Abdurrahman bin Auf arrived in Medina, the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, made him a brother to Sa'd bin Ar Rabi'. Sa'd bin Ar Rabi' said to him: Come, I will divide my wealth into two parts, and I have two wives, so I will divorce one of them, and when her waiting period is over, you may marry her. Abdurrahman bin Auf replied: 'May Allah bless you in your family and wealth. Show me the location of the market.' So, they showed him the market. He did not return that day (from the market) except with cheese and clarified butter from which he had made a profit. Later, the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, saw him with traces of wadhar shufrah (yellow stains from saffron oil). He asked: 'What’s this?' He replied: 'I have married an Ansari woman.' The Prophet asked: 'What did you give her as dowry?' He replied: 'A nawat.' Humaid said: 'He said: A nawat’s weight in gold."' Then he said: 'Celebrate (your marriage), even if only with a slaughtered goat.' Abu Isa said: This is a hasan sahih hadith. Imam bin Hambal said: A nawat’s weight in gold is equivalent to 3 1/3 dirhams. Ishaq bin Ibrahim said: A nawat’s weight in gold is equivalent to 5 dirhams. I heard Ishaq bin Manshur mention it from both of them like this."
