Rasulullah Shallallahu 'Aliahi Wasallam melarang nikah syighar (nikah tanpa mahar)
Imam Nasa'i : 3282أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي نَافِعٌ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَأَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْ الشِّغَارِ
Narrated to us ['Ubaidullah bin Sa'id], he said : has told us [Yahya] from ['Ubaidullah], he said : It was reported to me [Nafi'] from [Ibn Umar] that the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him forbade shighar marriage.
