Bolehnya thawaf di Baitullah sebelum wuquf di Arafah, sebagaimana yang Rasulullah lakukan
Imam Muslim : 2170حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْثَرٌ عَنْ إِسْمَعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي خَالِدٍ عَنْ وَبَرَةَ قَالَ كُنْتُ جَالِسًا عِنْدَ ابْنِ عُمَرَ فَجَاءَهُ رَجُلٌ فَقَالَ أَيَصْلُحُ لِي أَنْ أَطُوفَ بِالْبَيْتِ قَبْلَ أَنْ آتِيَ الْمَوْقِفَ فَقَالَ نَعَمْ فَقَالَ فَإِنَّ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ يَقُولُ لَا تَطُفْ بِالْبَيْتِ حَتَّى تَأْتِيَ الْمَوْقِفَ فَقَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ فَقَدْ حَجَّ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَطَافَ بِالْبَيْتِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَأْتِيَ الْمَوْقِفَ فَبِقَوْلِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَحَقُّ أَنْ تَأْخُذَ أَوْ بِقَوْلِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ إِنْ كُنْتَ صَادِقًا
"Narrated to us Yahya bin Yahya, informed us Abtsar from Isma'il bin Abu Khalid from Wabarah, he said: I sat with Ibn Umar, and a man came to him and asked, 'Is it permissible for me to circumambulate the Kaaba before going to Arafah for wuquf?' Ibn Umar replied, 'Yes, it is permissible.' But Ibn Abbas said, 'Do not circumambulate the Kaaba until you perform wuquf in Arafah.' Ibn Umar said, 'The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, performed Hajj and circumambulated the Kaaba before going to Arafah for wuquf. If you are truthful, which is more worthy to follow: the words of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, or the words of Ibn Abbas?'
