Dalam keadaan ihram, diberi hadiah daging burung di antara kami ada yang memakan dan ada yang menolaknya, Talhah berkata kami pernah memakannya bersama Rasulullah
Imam Nasa'i : 2767أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُنْكَدِرِ عَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ التَّيْمِيِّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَكُنَّا مَعَ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ وَنَحْنُ مُحْرِمُونَ فَأُهْدِيَ لَهُ طَيْرٌ وَهُوَ رَاقِدٌ فَأَكَلَ بَعْضُنَا وَتَوَرَّعَ بَعْضُنَا فَاسْتَيْقَظَ طَلْحَةُ فَوَفَّقَ مَنْ أَكَلَهُ وَقَالَ أَكَلْنَاهُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ
Narrated to us ['Amr bin Ali], he said :Narrated to us [Yahya bin Sa'id], he said :Narrated to us [Ibn Juraij], he said : has told me [Muhammad bin Al Munkadir] from [Mu'adz bin Abdur Rahman At Taimi] from [his father], he said : We were once with [Thalhah bin 'Ubaidillah] and we were in ihram, then he was given a bird as a gift. Then some of us ate it and some of us refrained, then Talha woke up and approved of the person who ate it, and said : We once ate it with the Prophet peace be upon him.
