Shalat berdiri maka ruku' berdiri, shalat duduk maka ruku' duduk
Imam Tirmidzi : 342حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنِيعٍ حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ أَخْبَرَنَا خَالِدٌ وَهُوَ الْحَذَّاءُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ شَقِيقٍ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَسَأَلْتُهَا عَنْ صَلَاةِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ تَطَوُّعِهِ قَالَتْ كَانَ يُصَلِّي لَيْلًا طَوِيلًا قَائِمًا وَلَيْلًا طَوِيلًا قَاعِدًا فَإِذَا قَرَأَ وَهُوَ قَائِمٌ رَكَعَ وَسَجَدَ وَهُوَ قَائِمٌ وَإِذَا قَرَأَ وَهُوَ جَالِسٌ رَكَعَ وَسَجَدَ وَهُوَ جَالِسٌقَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ
Narrated to us [Ahmad bin Mani'], he said: narrated to us [Husyaim], he said: informed us [Khalid] -that is Al Hadzdza`- from [Abdullah bin Syaqiq] from ['Aisyah], she said: "I asked 'Aisyah about the voluntary prayer of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him. She answered: 'He prayed night prayer for a long time standing and also sitting. If he recited standing then he bowed and prostrated standing, and if he recited sitting then he bowed and prostrated sitting.'" Abu Isa said: "This hadith is hasan sahih."
