It has been told to me from Malik from [Hisyam bin Urwah] from [Fathimah bint Mundzir] from [Asma bint Abu Bakr As Shidiq] he said, "I met Aisyah, the wife of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam when there was a solar eclipse. People were standing praying, as was Aisyah. I asked, "What is wrong with the people?" Aisyah pointed her hand to the sky and said, "SUBHANALLAH." I said, "A sign?" Aisyah gestured with her head as a sign of agreement. Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam then praised Allah and glorified Him. He said: "There is nothing that I have not seen, but I have seen it here where I stand, even Paradise and Hell. It has been revealed to me that you will be tested in the grave, like or close to the trial of the Dajjal. - I do not know which Asma said - One of you will be brought, and it will be asked of him: 'What do you know about this man? ' If a believer, or a certain person - I do not know which Asma said - then he will say, 'He is Muhammad, the Messenger of Allah. He came to us with proof and guidance, so we accepted it. We believed in him and followed him.' It will be said to him: 'Sleep well. We know that you are a believer.' But if a hypocrite, or a person who is doubtful in his faith - I do not know which Asma said - then he will say, 'I do not know. I only heard people say something and then I followed it.'
