Tentang Kalalah
Imam Tirmidhi : 2968حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَيَّاشٍ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَقَ عَنْ الْبَرَاءِ قَالَ جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ { يَسْتَفْتُونَكَ قُلْ اللَّهُ يُفْتِيكُمْ فِي الْكَلَالَةِ } فَقَال لَهُ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تُجْزِئُكَ آيَةُ الصَّيْفِ
Narravit nobis ['Abd bin Humaid], narravit nobis [Ahmad bin Yunus] ab [Abu Bakr bin Ayyasy] ab [Abu Ishaq] ab [Al Barra`] dicens: "Aliquis venit ad Rasulullah, sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, et dixit: "O Rasulullah, rogant te fatwam (de kalalah). Dic: "Allah dat tibi fatwam de kalalah." Itaque Propheta, sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, dixit ei: "Sufficit tibi versus shaif (ultimus versus Surah an Nisa')."
