Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam pernah melaksanakan shalat 'Ashar saat matahari masih meninggi
Imam Nasa'i : 469أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي قَتَادَةُ عَنْ أَبِي حَسَّانَ عَنْ عَبِيدَةَ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُعَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ شَغَلُونَا عَنْ الصَّلَاةِ الْوُسْطَى حَتَّى غَرَبَتْ الشَّمْسُ
După ce ne-a informat [Muhammad bin Abdul A'la], el a spus; După ce ne-a spus [Khalid], el a spus; După ce ne-a spus [Shu'bah], el a spus; Mi-a fost raportat [Qatadah] de la [Abu Hasan], de la [Ubaidah], de la [Ali] Radliyallahu'anhu, de la Profetul sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, el a spus: «Ne-au ținut ocupați de la Wushtha - Rugăciunea Asr - până la apusul soarelui».
