Ketentuan menjama' shalat dzuhur dan 'ashar saat safar: mengakhirkan zhuhur sebelum matahari condong atau melaksanakannya jika berangkat setelah matahari condong
Imam Bukhari : 1044حَدَّثَنَا حَسَّانُ الْوَاسِطِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْمُفَضَّلُ بْنُ فَضَالَةَ عَنْ عُقَيْلٍ عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَكَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا ارْتَحَلَ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَزِيغَ الشَّمْسُ أَخَّرَ الظُّهْرَ إِلَى وَقْتِ الْعَصْرِ ثُمَّ يَجْمَعُ بَيْنَهُمَا وَإِذَا زَاغَتْ صَلَّى الظُّهْرَ ثُمَّ رَكِبَ
Hassan Al-Wasiti narrated to us, Al-Mufaddal bin Fadhala narrated to us, from 'Uqail, from Ibn Shihab, from Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him), who Sa'd 'The Prophet peace and blessings be upon him when setting out on a journey before the sun declined, would delay the Zuhr prayer until the time of the 'Asr prayer, then combine them. If the sun had declined before setting out, he would pray the Zuhr prayer and then ride.'
