Keringanan bagi Wanita Haid, Perintah Nabi untuk Menghentikan Umrah dan Berpindah ke Ihram Haji Menjelang Arafah
Imam Bukhari : 1658حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَلَامٍ أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَاخَرَجْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مُوَافِينَ لِهِلَالِ ذِي الْحَجَّةِ فَقَالَ لَنَا مَنْ أَحَبَّ مِنْكُمْ أَنْ يُهِلَّ بِالْحَجِّ فَلْيُهِلَّ وَمَنْ أَحَبَّ أَنْ يُهِلَّ بِعُمْرَةٍ فَلْيُهِلَّ بِعُمْرَةٍ فَلَوْلَا أَنِّي أَهْدَيْتُ لَأَهْلَلْتُ بِعُمْرَةٍ قَالَتْ فَمِنَّا مَنْ أَهَلَّ بِعُمْرَةٍ وَمِنَّا مَنْ أَهَلَّ بِحَجٍّ وَكُنْتُ مِمَّنْ أَهَلَّ بِعُمْرَةٍ فَأَظَلَّنِي يَوْمُ عَرَفَةَ وَأَنَا حَائِضٌ فَشَكَوْتُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ ارْفُضِي عُمْرَتَكِ وَانْقُضِي رَأْسَكِ وَامْتَشِطِي وَأَهِلِّي بِالْحَجِّ فَلَمَّا كَانَ لَيْلَةُ الْحَصْبَةِ أَرْسَلَ مَعِي عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ إِلَى التَّنْعِيمِ فَأَهْلَلْتُ بِعُمْرَةٍ مَكَانَ عُمْرَتِي
Narrated by Muhammad bin Salam, narrated by Abu Mu'awiyah, narrated by Hisham from his father from 'Aisyah (may Allah be pleased with her): We set out with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) at the sighting of the crescent of Dhul Hijjah. He Sa'dto us: Whoever among you wishes to enter ihram for Hajj, let him do so, and whoever wishes to enter ihram for 'Umrah, let him do so. Had I not brought a sacrificial animal, I would have entered ihram for 'Umrah. She said: Some of us entered ihram for 'Umrah, and some for Hajj, and I was among those who entered ihram for 'Umrah. When the Day of 'Arafah came, I was menstruating, and I complained about it to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). He said: Abandon your 'Umrah, undo your hair, comb it, and enter ihram for Hajj. On the night of Al-Hasbah, he sent 'Abdurrahman with me to At-Tan?im, and I entered ihram for 'Umrah in place of my previous 'Umrah.
