Menggauli istrinya sedang haid, segeralah ia meminta ampun kepada Allah subhanallahu wa ta'ala dan hendaknya pula ia bertaubat serta tidak mengulanginya kembali
Imam Tirmidzi : 127حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ حُرَيْثٍ أَخْبَرَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ مُوسَى عَنْ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ السُّكَّرِيِّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍعَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِذَا كَانَ دَمًا أَحْمَرَ فَدِينَارٌ وَإِذَا كَانَ دَمًا أَصْفَرَ فَنِصْفُ دِينَارٍقَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى حَدِيثُ الْكَفَّارَةِ فِي إِتْيَانِ الْحَائِضِ قَدْ رُوِيَ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ مَوْقُوفًا وَمَرْفُوعًا وَهُوَ قَوْلُ بَعْضِ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ وَبِهِ يَقُولُ أَحْمَدُ وَإِسْحَقُ قَالَ ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ يَسْتَغْفِرُ رَبَّهُ وَلَا كَفَّارَةَ عَلَيْهِ وَقَدْ رُوِيَ نَحْوُ قَوْلِ ابْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ عَنْ بَعْضِ التَّابِعِينَ مِنْهُمْ سَعِيدُ بْنُ جُبَيْرٍ وَإِبْرَاهِيمُ النَّخَعِيُّ وَهُوَ قَوْلُ عَامَّةِ عُلَمَاءِ الْأَمْصَارِ
Narrated to us [Al-Husain bin Huraits], he said: informed us [Al-Fadl bin Musa] from [Abu Hamzah As-Sukkari] from [Abdul Karim] from [Miqsam] from [Ibnu Abbas], from the Prophet (peace be upon him): "If that blood is red in colour, then its charity is one dinar, and if its colour is yellowish, half a dinar." Abu Isa said: "The hadith that speaks about the charity for sleeping with a menstruating woman is narrated from Ibnu Abbas both in marfu' and mauquf form. This is the statement of some scholars. And this view is also taken by Ahmad and Ishaq. Ibnul-Mubarak said: Let him ask forgiveness from his Lord and there is no expiation. A statement like that of Ibnul-Mubarak is also narrated from Sa'id bin Jubair and Ibrahim An-Nakha'i. And this is the statement of most scholars of the world."
