Tidak najis (suci) kulit bangkai setelah disamak

حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ وَوَهْبُ بْنُ بَيَانٍ وَعُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ وَابْنُ أَبِي خَلَفٍ قَالُوا حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ مُسَدَّدٌ وَوَهْبٌ عَنْ مَيْمُونَةَ قَالَتْأُهْدِيَ لِمَوْلَاةٍ لَنَا شَاةٌ مِنْ الصَّدَقَةِ فَمَاتَتْ فَمَرَّ بِهَا النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ أَلَا دَبَغْتُمْ إِهَابَهَا وَاسْتَنْفَعْتُمْ بِهِ قَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّهَا مَيْتَةٌ قَالَ إِنَّمَا حُرِّمَ أَكْلُهَاحَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ لَمْ يَذْكُرْ مَيْمُونَةَ قَالَ فَقَالَ أَلَا انْتَفَعْتُمْ بِإِهَابِهَا ثُمَّ ذَكَرَ مَعْنَاهُ لَمْ يَذْكُرْ الدِّبَاغَ

Narrated to us[Musaddad] and [Wahb bin Bayan] and [Uthman bin Abu Shaybah] and [Ibn Abu Khalaf], they said: narrated to us [Sufyan] from [Az-Zuhri] from ['Ubaydullah bin 'Abdullah] from [Ibn 'Abbas]. [Musaddad] and [Wahb] said: from [Maymunah], who said: "Our servant received a gift of a goat, but the goat died. When the Prophet (peace be upon him) passed by it, he said: 'Why did you not tan its skin so you could benefit from it?' The people replied: 'The goat is dead.' He said: 'What is forbidden is eating it.'" Narrated to us[Musaddad], from [Yazid] who narrated to us [Ma'mar] from [Az-Zuhri] like this hadith, but he did not mention Maymunah's name. He said: "The Messenger of Allah said: 'Why did you not benefit from its skin?'" He then mentioned the meaning of the hadith, but without mentioning 'tanning'."
