Mampu menahan diri tak makan harta anak yatim, kecuali miskin maka ia boleh makan harta itu menurut yang patut
Imam Bukhari : 2060حَدَّثَنِي إِسْحَاقُ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ أَخْبَرَنَا هِشَامٌ ح و حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَلَّامٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عُثْمَانَ بْنَ فَرْقَدٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ هِشَامَ بْنَ عُرْوَةَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَاتَقُولُ{ وَمَنْ كَانَ غَنِيًّا فَلْيَسْتَعْفِفْ وَمَنْ كَانَ فَقِيرًا فَلْيَأْكُلْ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ }أُنْزِلَتْ فِي وَالِي الْيَتِيمِ الَّذِي يُقِيمُ عَلَيْهِ وَيُصْلِحُ فِي مَالِهِ إِنْ كَانَ فَقِيرًا أَكَلَ مِنْهُ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ
Narrated to me Ishaq, Ibn Numair narrated to us, Hisham informed us, and narrated to me Muhammad bin Salam, he said: I heard Uthman bin Farqad say: I heard Hisham bin Urwah narrate from his father that he heard Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) say: The verse (And whoever is wealthy, let him abstain, and whoever is poor, let him take reasonably) was revealed concerning the guardian of an orphan who maintains and manages his wealth; if he is poor, he may take from it reasonably.
