Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam melarang jual beli wala' dan juga menghibahkannya
Imam Tirmidzi : 1157حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ وَشُعْبَةُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَأَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ الْوَلَاءِ وَهِبَتِهِقَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ لَا نَعْرِفُهُ إِلَّا مِنْ حَدِيثِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ عِنْدَ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ وَقَدْ رَوَى يَحْيَى بْنُ سُلَيْمٍ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ الْوَلَاءِ وَهِبَتِهِ وَهُوَ وَهْمٌ وَهِمَ فِيهِ يَحْيَى بْنُ سُلَيْمٍ وَرَوَى عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ الثَّقَفِيُّ وَعَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ نُمَيْرٍ وَغَيْرُ وَاحِدٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهَذَا أَصَحُّ مِنْ حَدِيثِ يَحْيَى بْنِ سُلَيْمٍ
Narrated to us [Muhammad bin Basysyar], narrated to us [Abdurrahman bin Mahdi] he said: Narrated to us [Sufyan] and [Syu'bah] from [Abdullah bin Dinar] from [Ibnu Umar] that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade selling guardianship (over freed slaves) and gifting it. Abu Isa said: This hadith is hasan sahih known only from Abdullah bin Dinar from Ibnu Umar. Acted upon by scholars. [Yahya bin Sulaim] narrated from [Ubaidullah bin Umar] from [Nafi'] from [Ibnu Umar] from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, forbidding selling and gifting guardianship, but confusion in Yahya bin Sulaim. [Abdul Wahhab Ats Tsaqafi], [Abdullah bin Numair], and others from [Ubaidullah bin Umar] from [Abdullah bin Dinar] from [Ibnu Umar] from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him more sahih than Yahya bin Sulaim's.
