Sumpah bermaksud mengambil harta orang, dia jumpa Allah murka

حَدَّثَنَا هَنَّادٌ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ شَقِيقِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى يَمِينٍ وَهُوَ فِيهَا فَاجِرٌ لِيَقْتَطِعَ بِهَا مَالَ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ لَقِيَ اللَّهَ وَهُوَ عَلَيْهِ غَضْبَانُ فَقَالَ الْأَشْعَثُ بْنُ قَيْسٍ فِيَّ وَاللَّهِ لَقَدْ كَانَ ذَلِكَ كَانَ بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَ رَجُلٍ مِنْ الْيَهُودِ أَرْضٌ فَجَحَدَنِي فَقَدَّمْتُهُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ لِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَلَكَ بَيِّنَةٌ قُلْتُ لَا فَقَالَ لِلْيَهُودِيِّ احْلِفْ فَقُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِذًا يَحْلِفُ فَيَذْهَبُ بِمَالِي فَأَنْزَلَ اللَّهَ تَعَالَى{ إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يَشْتَرُونَ بِعَهْدِ اللَّهِ وَأَيْمَانِهِمْ ثَمَنًا قَلِيلًا }إِلَى آخِرِ الْآيَةِقَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ وَائِلِ بْنِ حُجْرٍ وَأَبِي مُوسَى وَأَبِي أُمَامَةَ بْنِ ثَعْلَبَةَ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ وَعِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ وَحَدِيثُ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ

Narrated to us [Hannad], narrated to us [Abu Mu'awiyah] from [Al A'masy] from [Syaqiq bin Salamah] from [Abdullah bin Mas'ud], he said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Whoever swears while being deceitful in it, thereby seizing the property of a Muslim, he will meet Allah while He is angry with him." [Al Asy'ats bin Qais] said: By Allah, regarding me. There was a land dispute between me and a Jew he denied me, so I complained about it to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, so the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said to me: "Do you have proof?" I answered: No. He said to the Jew: "Swear." I said: O Messenger of Allah, if he swears, he will take my property. Then Allah the Exalted revealed: (Indeed, those who exchange the covenant of Allah and their oaths for a small price) until the end of the verse. Abu Isa said: And in this chapter, there are similar hadiths from Wa`il bin Hujr, Abu Musa, Abu Umamah bin Tsa'labah Al Anshari, and Imran bin Hushain, and the hadith of Ibnu Mas'ud is hasan sahih."
