Rasulullah melarang pertanyaan yang memberatkan kaum muslimin
Imam Abu Dawud : 3994حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عَامِرِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّ أَعْظَمَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ فِي الْمُسْلِمِينَ جُرْمًا مَنْ سَأَلَ عَنْ أَمْرٍ لَمْ يُحَرَّمْ فَحُرِّمَ عَلَى النَّاسِ مِنْ أَجْلِ مَسْأَلَتِهِ
Satshelwa ukuthi [u-Uthman bin Abu Shaybah] uthe, satshelwa ukuthi [uSufyan] usitshele ku-[Az-Zuhri] kusuka ku-[Amir bin Sa'd] kusuka ku-[uyise] ukuthi uthe, 'Isithunywa sika-Allah (ukuthula nezibusiso zika-Allah makube kuye) sathi: "Ububi obukhulu bomSulumane kumaSulumane yilowo obuza ngento engavinjelwanga, bese kuba yinto engavinjelwanga kubo bonke abantu ngenxa yombuzo wakhe."
