Abdan narrated to me, my father informed me, from Shubah, from Ash'ath, who Sa'd I heard my father say, I heard Masruq say: I asked 'Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her), 'What deed was most beloved to the Prophet peace and blessings be upon him?' She Sa'd 'The one done consistently.' I asked, 'When did he get up for prayer?' She Sa'd 'He would get up when he heard the rooster crow.'
