Wajib taat kepada pemimpin dalam hal yang ma’ruf, bukan maksiat
Imam Tirmidzi : 1629حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ السَّمْعُ وَالطَّاعَةُ عَلَى الْمَرْءِ الْمُسْلِمِ فِيمَا أَحَبَّ وَكَرِهَ مَا لَمْ يُؤْمَرْ بِمَعْصِيَةٍ فَإِنْ أُمِرَ بِمَعْصِيَةٍ فَلَا سَمْعَ عَلَيْهِ وَلَا طَاعَةَقَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ عَلِيٍّ وَعِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ وَالْحَكَمِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو الْغِفَارِيِّ وَهَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ
El ne xe stà contà [Qutaibah], el ne xe stà contà [Al Laits] da [Ubaidullah bin Umar] da [Nafi'] da [Ibn Umar] el ga dito, 'El messagio de Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam el ga dito: 'Che un musulman scolta e obedisse, sia in materia che el odia o no, fin che el xe odià disobediensa. Se te vien ordinà de far na disobediensa, no te ghè da scoltar e obedir. Abu Isa el ga dito, “In sto capitoło ghe xe anca hadith de Ali, Imran bin Hushain e Al Hakam bin Amru Al Ghifari. Sto hadith el xe hasan sahih.
