Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam berwasiat puasa tiga hari dalam satu bulan, shalat dhuha dan tidak tidur sebelum aku shalat witir
Imam Bukhari : 1107حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ أَخْبَرَنَا شُعْبَةُ حَدَّثَنَا عَبَّاسٌ الْجُرَيْرِيُّ هُوَ ابْنُ فَرُّوخَ عَنْ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ النَّهْدِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَأَوْصَانِي خَلِيلِي بِثَلَاثٍ لَا أَدَعُهُنَّ حَتَّى أَمُوتَ صَوْمِ ثَلَاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ مِنْ كُلِّ شَهْرٍ وَصَلَاةِ الضُّحَى وَنَوْمٍ عَلَى وِتْرٍ
Muslim bin Ibrahim narrated to us, Shubah informed us, 'Abbas Al-Jurairi, who is the son of Farrukh, narrated to us from Abu 'Uthman An-Nahdi, from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) who Sa'd 'My beloved (the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him) advised me with three things that I will not abandon until I die: fasting three days each month, performing the Duha prayer, and sleeping after performing Witr.'
