Hadith Representative
Laki-laki bukan muhrim tidak boleh bermalam di rumah perempuan janda, kecuali jika dia telah menikah, atau ada muhrimnya
Imam Muslim : 4036حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى وَعَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ قَالَ يَحْيَى أَخْبَرَنَا و قَالَ ابْنُ حُجْرٍ حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ ح و حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الصَّبَّاحِ وَزُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَلَا لَا يَبِيتَنَّ رَجُلٌ عِنْدَ امْرَأَةٍ ثَيِّبٍ إِلَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ نَاكِحًا أَوْ ذَا مَحْرَمٍ
Narrated to us by Yahya bin Yahya and Ali bin Hujr. Yahya said, Informed us Ibn Hujr said, Narrated to us by Husyaim from Abu Az Zubair from Jabir Likewise narrated through another chain And narrated to us by Muhammad bin Ash Shabbah and Zuhair bin Harb, both said Narrated to us by Husyaim Narrated to us by Abu Az Zubair from Jabir, he said, The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said, Know that a non-mahram man must not stay overnight in a widow’s house unless he has married her or is with her mahram.
