Barangsiapa mensetubuhi binatang maka bunuhlah ia beserta binatang tersebut
Imam Abu Dawud : 3869حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ النُّفَيْلِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ أَبِي عَمْرٍو عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ وَجَدْتُمُوهُ يَعْمَلُ عَمَلَ قَوْمِ لُوطٍ فَاقْتُلُوا الْفَاعِلَ وَالْمَفْعُولَ بِهِقَالَ أَبُو دَاوُد رَوَاهُ سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ بِلَالٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ أَبِي عَمْرٍو مِثْلَهُ وَرَوَاهُ عَبَّادُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَفَعَهُ وَرَوَاهُ ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ الْحُصَيْنِ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَفَعَهُ
Narrated to us by [Abdullah bin Muhammad bin Ali An Nufaili], he said: Narrated to us by [Abdul Aziz bin Muhammad] from [Amru bin Abu Amru] from [Ikrimah] from [Ibnu Abbas], he said: The Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, said: Whoever you find committing the act of the people of Lot, then kill both the active and passive parties. Abu Dawud said: [Sulaiman bin Bilal] narrated it from [Amru bin Abu Amru] like that hadith. And [Abbad bin Manshur] narrated it from [Ikrimah], from [Ibnu Abbas], and he attributed it to the Prophet. [Ibnu Juraij] narrated it from [Ibrahim], from [Dawud Ibnul Hushain], from [Ikrimah], from [Ibnu Abbas], and he attributed it to the Prophet.
