Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam pernah berwasiat beliau berwasiat dengan kitab allah
Imam Tirmidzi : 2045حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنِيعٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو قَطَنٍ عَمْرُو بْنُ الْهَيْثَمِ الْبَغْدَادِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ مِغْوَلٍ عَنْ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ مُصَرِّفٍ قَالَ قُلْتُ لِابْنِ أَبِي أَوْفَىأَوْصَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا قُلْتُ كَيْفَ كُتِبَتْ الْوَصِيَّةُ وَكَيْفَ أَمَرَ النَّاسَ قَالَ أَوْصَى بِكِتَابِ اللَّهِقَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ غَرِيبٌ لَا نَعْرِفُهُ إِلَّا مِنْ حَدِيثِ مَالِكِ بْنِ مِغْوَلٍ
Ne-a spus [Ahmad bin Mani']; ne-a spus [Abu Qathan 'Amr bin Al Haitsam Al Baghdadi]; ne-a spus [Malik bin Mighwal] de la [Thalhah bin Musharrif], a spus el; L-am întrebat odată [Ibn Abu Aufa]: „A făcut Profetul (pacea fie asupra sa) un testament - cu privire la proprietatea sa -?” El a răspuns: „Nu”. Apoi l-am întrebat din nou: „Atunci de ce este obligatoriu un testament? Și de ce le-a ordonat oamenilor să îl facă?” El a răspuns: „A făcut un testament cu Cartea lui Allah”. Abu Isa a spus: „Acesta este hadithul lui Hasan Sahih Gharib. Nu știm acest lucru decât din hadithul lui Malik bin Mighwal.”
