Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam pernah berwasiat beliau berwasiat dengan kitab allah
Imam Tirmidzi : 2045حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنِيعٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو قَطَنٍ عَمْرُو بْنُ الْهَيْثَمِ الْبَغْدَادِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ مِغْوَلٍ عَنْ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ مُصَرِّفٍ قَالَ قُلْتُ لِابْنِ أَبِي أَوْفَىأَوْصَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا قُلْتُ كَيْفَ كُتِبَتْ الْوَصِيَّةُ وَكَيْفَ أَمَرَ النَّاسَ قَالَ أَوْصَى بِكِتَابِ اللَّهِقَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ غَرِيبٌ لَا نَعْرِفُهُ إِلَّا مِنْ حَدِيثِ مَالِكِ بْنِ مِغْوَلٍ
Ci hà dettu [Ahmad bin Mani']; ci hà dettu [Abu Qathan 'Amr bin Al Haitsam Al Baghdadi]; ci hà dettu [Malik bin Mighwal] da [Thalhah bin Musharrif] hà dettu; Una volta aghju dumandatu [Ibnu Abu Aufa]: "Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam hà fattu un testamentu - riguardu à a so pruprietà -?" Hà rispostu: "Innò". Dopu aghju dumandatu torna: "Allora perchè un testamentu hè ubligatoriu? È perchè hà urdinatu à a ghjente di fà lu?" Hà rispostu: "Hà fattu un testamentu cù u Libru d'Allah". Abu Isa hà dettu; Questu hè l'hadith di Hasan Sahih Gharib. Ùn sapemu micca questu, eccettu da l'hadith di Malik bin Mighwal.
