Shufrah (sejenis tumbuhan yang baunya wangi dan berwarna kuning), beliau bersabda ini lebih baik dari semuanya
Imam Abu Dawud : 3678حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَقُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ طَلْحَةَ عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ عَنْ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ عَنْ طَاوُسٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَمَرَّ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَجُلٌ قَدْ خَضَّبَ بِالْحِنَّاءِ فَقَالَ مَا أَحْسَنَ هَذَا قَالَ فَمَرَّ آخَرُ قَدْ خَضَّبَ بِالْحِنَّاءِ وَالْكَتَمِ فَقَالَ هَذَا أَحْسَنُ مِنْ هَذَا قَالَ فَمَرَّ آخَرُ قَدْ خَضَّبَ بِالصُّفْرَةِ فَقَالَ هَذَا أَحْسَنُ مِنْ هَذَا كُلِّهِ
Narrated to us[Uthman bin Abu Shaybah], from ['Ishaq bin Mansur] who narrated to us [Muhammad bin Talhah] from [Humaid bin Wahb] from [Ibn Tawus] from [Tawus] from [Ibn 'Abbas], who said: "A man who dyed his hair with henna passed by the Prophet (peace be upon him) he said: 'How good this is.' After that, another passed who dyed his hair with henna and katam (a henna-like plant) he said: 'This one is better than the previous.' After that, another passed who dyed his hair yellow he said: 'This one is better than the previous ones.'"
