Tidak diterima shalat tanpa bersuci, dan tidak diterima sedekah dari harta curian
Imam Tirmidzi : 1حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ ح و حَدَّثَنَا هَنَّادٌ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ عَنْ إِسْرَائِيلَ عَنْ سِمَاكٍ عَنْ مُصْعَبِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَعَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا تُقْبَلُ صَلَاةٌ بِغَيْرِ طُهُورٍ وَلَا صَدَقَةٌ مِنْ غُلُولٍقَالَ هَنَّادٌ فِي حَدِيثِهِ إِلَّا بِطُهُورٍ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا الْحَدِيثُ أَصَحُّ شَيْءٍ فِي هَذَا الْبَابِ وَأَحْسَنُ وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ أَبِي الْمَلِيحِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ وَأَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ وَأَنَسٍ وَأَبُو الْمَلِيحِ بْنُ أُسَامَةَ اسْمُهُ عَامِرٌ وَيُقَالُ زَيْدُ بْنُ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ الْهُذَلِيُّ
Narrated to us [Qutaibah bin Sa'id], he said: narrated to us [Abu Awanah] from [Simak bin Harb]: and narrated to us [Hannad], he said: narrated to us [Waki'] from [Israil] from [Simak] from [Mush'ab bin Sa'd] from [Ibn Umar] from the Prophet, may Allah’s peace be upon him, he said: "The prayer performed without purification will not be accepted, and charity from stolen wealth will not be accepted." Hannad mentioned in his narration: "without purification." Abu Isa said: "This hadith is the most authentic and best in this chapter." In this chapter there are also narrations from Abu Al-Malih from his father, and from Abu Hurairah and Anas. And Abu Al-Malih bin Usamah’s name is Amir: he is also called Zaid bin Usamah bin Umair Al-Hudhali.
