Imam yang meludah ke arah kiblat telah menyakiti Allah dan rasulnya
Imam Abu Dawud : 407حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرٌو عَنْ بَكْرِ بْنِ سَوَادَةَ الْجُذَامِيِّ عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ خَيْوَانَ عَنْ أَبِي سَهْلَةَ السَّائِبِ بْنِ خَلَّادٍ قَالَ أَحْمَدُ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَأَنَّ رَجُلًا أَمَّ قَوْمًا فَبَصَقَ فِي الْقِبْلَةِ وَرَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَنْظُرُ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حِينَ فَرَغَ لَا يُصَلِّي لَكُمْ فَأَرَادَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ أَنْ يُصَلِّيَ لَهُمْ فَمَنَعُوهُ وَأَخْبَرُوهُ بِقَوْلِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَذَكَرَ ذَلِكَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ نَعَمْ وَحَسِبْتُ أَنَّهُ قَالَ إِنَّكَ آذَيْتَ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ
Narrated to us [Ahmad bin Shalih], narrated to us [Abdullah bin Wahb], informed us [Amru] from [Bakr bin Sawadah Al-Judzami] from [Shalih bin Khaiwan] from [Abu Sahlah As-Sa`ib bin Khallad], Ahmad said, a companion of the Prophet, peace be upon him, that a man led people in prayer and spat toward the qibla while the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, watched. After finishing, he said, 'He must not lead you in prayer.' When the man tried to lead again, they stopped him, citing the Messenger’s words. He reported this to the Messenger, who said, 'Yes,' and I think he added, 'You have harmed Allah and His Messenger.'
