Allah menciptakan langit dan bumi
Imam Nasa'i : 2825أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ قُدَامَةَ عَنْ جَرِيرٍ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنْ طَاوُسٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَوْمَ الْفَتْحِ هَذَا الْبَلَدُ حَرَّمَهُ اللَّهُ يَوْمَ خَلَقَ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ فَهُوَ حَرَامٌ بِحُرْمَةِ اللَّهِ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ لَا يُعْضَدُ شَوْكُهُ وَلَا يُنَفَّرُ صَيْدُهُ وَلَا يَلْتَقِطُ لُقَطَتَهُ إِلَّا مَنْ عَرَّفَهَا وَلَا يُخْتَلَى خَلَاهُ قَالَ الْعَبَّاسُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِلَّا الْإِذْخِرَ فَذَكَرَ كَلِمَةً مَعْنَاهَا إِلَّا الْإِذْخِرَ
Narrated to us [Muhammad bin Qudamah] from [Jarir] from [Mansur] from [Mujahid] from [Thawus] from [Ibn Abbas], he said : The Prophet peace be upon him at the time of the conquest of Mecca said: "Allah has made this land haram since He created the heavens and the earth, it is haram with the prohibition from Allah until the Day of Resurrection, its thorns must not be pulled out, its hunted animals must not be driven away, its finds must not be taken except for those who want to announce it, and its plants must not be uprooted." Ibn Abbas said : O Messenger of Allah, except Idzkhir. So he mentioned a word whose meaning is except Idzkhir.
