Hukum hewan yang disembelih tanpa menyebut nama Allah
Imam Nasa’i : 4361أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي هَارُونُ بْنُ أَبِي وَكِيعٍ وَهُوَ هَارُونُ بْنُ عَنْتَرَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍفِي قَوْلِهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ{ وَلَا تَأْكُلُوا مِمَّا لَمْ يُذْكَرْ اسْمُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ }قَالَ خَاصَمَهُمْ الْمُشْرِكُونَ فَقَالُوا مَا ذَبَحَ اللَّهُ فَلَا تَأْكُلُوهُ وَمَا ذَبَحْتُمْ أَنْتُمْ أَكَلْتُمُوهُ
Nos ['Amr bin Ali] certiores faciens, dixit; nobis [Yahya] narravit, dixit; nobis [Sufyan] narravit, dixit; mihi [Harun bin Abu Waki'] narravit, scilicet Harun bin 'Antarah a [patre suo] a [Ibn Abbas] de verbis Dei 'azza wajalla: Et nolite comedere animalia quae Deus non nominat cum ea mactat, dixit; polytheistae hoc disputaverunt et dixerunt; quod Deus mactat, non debetis comedere, sed quod mactatis, comedere potestis.
