Hukum hewan yang disembelih tanpa menyebut nama Allah
Imam Nasa'i : 4361أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي هَارُونُ بْنُ أَبِي وَكِيعٍ وَهُوَ هَارُونُ بْنُ عَنْتَرَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍفِي قَوْلِهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ{ وَلَا تَأْكُلُوا مِمَّا لَمْ يُذْكَرْ اسْمُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ }قَالَ خَاصَمَهُمْ الْمُشْرِكُونَ فَقَالُوا مَا ذَبَحَ اللَّهُ فَلَا تَأْكُلُوهُ وَمَا ذَبَحْتُمْ أَنْتُمْ أَكَلْتُمُوهُ
Narrated to us ['Amr bin Ali], he said : has told us [Yahya], he said : has told us [Sufyan], he said : has told me [Harun bin Abu Waki'] namely Harun bin 'Antarah from [his father] from [Ibn Abbas] regarding the words of Allah 'azza wajalla: And do not eat animals that Allah does not name when slaughtering them, he said : the polytheists disputed this and they said : what Allah slaughters, you must not eat, but what you slaughter, you may eat.
