Imam Tirmidzi : 811حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الزُّبَيْرِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ عَيَّاشِ بْنِ أَبِي رَبِيعَةَ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي رَافِعٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَوَقَفَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِعَرَفَةَ فَقَالَ هَذِهِ عَرَفَةُ وَهَذَا هُوَ الْمَوْقِفُ وَعَرَفَةُ كُلُّهَا مَوْقِفٌ ثُمَّ أَفَاضَ حِينَ غَرَبَتْ الشَّمْسُ وَأَرْدَفَ أُسَامَةَ بْنَ زَيْدٍ وَجَعَلَ يُشِيرُ بِيَدِهِ عَلَى هِينَتِهِ وَالنَّاسُ يَضْرِبُونَ يَمِينًا وَشِمَالًا يَلْتَفِتُ إِلَيْهِمْ وَيَقُولُ يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ عَلَيْكُمْ السَّكِينَةَ ثُمَّ أَتَى جَمْعًا فَصَلَّى بِهِمْ الصَّلَاتَيْنِ جَمِيعًا فَلَمَّا أَصْبَحَ أَتَى قُزَحَ فَوَقَفَ عَلَيْهِ وَقَالَ هَذَا قُزَحُ وَهُوَ الْمَوْقِفُ وَجَمْعٌ كُلُّهَا مَوْقِفٌ ثُمَّ أَفَاضَ حَتَّى انْتَهَى إِلَى وَادِي مُحَسِّرٍ فَقَرَعَ نَاقَتَهُ فَخَبَّتْ حَتَّى جَاوَزَ الْوَادِيَ فَوَقَفَ وَأَرْدَفَ الْفَضْلَ ثُمَّ أَتَى الْجَمْرَةَ فَرَمَاهَا ثُمَّ أَتَى الْمَنْحَرَ فَقَالَ هَذَا الْمَنْحَرُ وَمِنًى كُلُّهَا مَنْحَرٌ وَاسْتَفْتَتْهُ جَارِيَةٌ شَابَّةٌ مِنْ خَثْعَمٍ فَقَالَتْ إِنَّ أَبِي شَيْخٌ كَبِيرٌ قَدْ أَدْرَكَتْهُ فَرِيضَةُ اللَّهِ فِي الْحَجِّ أَفَيُجْزِئُ أَنْ أَحُجَّ عَنْهُ قَالَ حُجِّي عَنْ أَبِيكِ قَالَ وَلَوَى عُنُقَ الْفَضْلِ فَقَالَ الْعَبَّاسُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ لِمَ لَوَيْتَ عُنُقَ ابْنِ عَمِّكَ قَالَ رَأَيْتُ شَابًّا وَشَابَّةً فَلَمْ آمَنْ الشَّيْطَانَ عَلَيْهِمَا ثُمَّ أَتَاهُ رَجُلٌ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنِّي أَفَضْتُ قَبْلَ أَنْ أَحْلِقَ قَالَ احْلِقْ أَوْ قَصِّرْ وَلَا حَرَجَ قَالَ وَجَاءَ آخَرُ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنِّي ذَبَحْتُ قَبْلَ أَنْ أَرْمِيَ قَالَ ارْمِ وَلَا حَرَجَ قَالَ ثُمَّ أَتَى الْبَيْتَ فَطَافَ بِهِ ثُمَّ أَتَى زَمْزَمَ فَقَالَ يَا بَنِي عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ لَوْلَا أَنْ يَغْلِبَكُمْ النَّاسُ عَنْهُ لَنَزَعْتُقَالَ وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى حَدِيثُ عَلِيٍّ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ لَا نَعْرِفُهُ مِنْ حَدِيثِ عَلِيٍّ إِلَّا مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ مِنْ حَدِيثِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ عَيَّاشٍ وَقَدْ رَوَاهُ غَيْرُ وَاحِدٍ عَنْ الثَّوْرِيِّ مِثْلَ هَذَا وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا عِنْدَ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ رَأَوْا أَنْ يُجْمَعَ بَيْنَ الظُّهْرِ وَالْعَصْرِ بِعَرَفَةَ فِي وَقْتِ الظُّهْرِ و قَالَ بَعْضُ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ إِذَا صَلَّى الرَّجُلُ فِي رَحْلِهِ وَلَمْ يَشْهَدْ الصَّلَاةَ مَعَ الْإِمَامِ إِنْ شَاءَ جَمَعَ هُوَ بَيْنَ الصَّلَاتَيْنِ مِثْلَ مَا صَنَعَ الْإِمَامُ قَالَ وَزَيْدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ هُوَ ابْنُ حُسَيْنِ بْنِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَام
Narrated to us [Muhammad bin Basyar], narrated to us [Abu Ahmad Az Zubairi], narrated to us [Sufyan] from [Abdurrahman bin Al Harits bin 'Ayyash bin Abu Rabi'ah] from [Zaid bin Ali] from [his father] from ['Ubaidullah bin Abu Rafi'] from [Ali bin Abu Thalib], he said: 'The Messenger of Allah peace and blessings be upon him stood in Arafah and said: ''This is Arafah, and this is the standing place. All of Arafah is a standing place.'' Then he departed at sunset, carrying Usamah bin Zaid behind him, signaling with his hand to remain calm as usual. People moved right and left. He turned to them and said: ''O people, gently.'' He reached Jama' (Muzdalifah), combined the two prayers with them. In the morning, he went to Quzah, stood there, and said: ''This is Quzah. This is a standing place, and all of Jama' is a standing place.'' Then he departed to Wadi Muhassir, hastened his camel until passing the valley. He stopped, carried Al Fadl behind him, went to the Jamrah, threw at it, then to the slaughter place and said: ''This is the slaughter place, and all of Mina is a slaughter place.'' A young woman from Khats'am asked: ''My father is very old but obligated for Hajj. May I perform Hajj on his behalf?'' He replied: ''Perform Hajj for your father.'' (Ali bin Abu Thalib) said: 'He turned Al Fadl's neck. Al Abbas asked: ''O The Messenger of Allah , why did you turn your cousin's head?'' He replied: ''I saw a young man and woman, so I felt unsafe from Satan upon them.'' A man came and said: ''O The Messenger of Allah , I performed Ifadah tawaf before shaving.'' He replied: ''Shave or shorten now; no harm.'' (Ali bin Abu Thalib) said: 'Another came and asked: ''O The Messenger of Allah , I slaughtered before throwing.'' He replied: ''Throw now; no harm.'' (Ali bin Abu Thalib) said: 'He went to the Ka'bah, performed tawaf, then to Zamzam and said: ''O Bani Abdul Muttalib, were I not afraid people would crowd (thinking it part of the rites), I would draw water (for them as you have done).'' (Abu Isa At Tirmidzi) said: 'A similar hadith is narrated from Jabir.' Abu 'Isa said: 'The hadith of Ali is hasan sahih; we know it from Ali only through this chain, from Abdurrahman bin Al Harits bin 'Ayyash. More than one narrated it from Ats Tsauri like above. Scholars practice it; all permit combining Zuhr and Asr in Arafah at Zuhr time. Some say: ''If a man prays alone on his mount, not following the imam, he may combine like the imam.'' Zaid bin Ali is the son of Husain bin Ali bin Abu Thalib.'"
