Doa yang paling afdhal adalah doa pada hari Arafah
Imam Tirmidzi : 3509حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَمْرٍو مُسْلِمُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الْحَذَّاءُ الْمَدِينِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ نَافِعٍ عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ أَبِي حُمَيْدٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِأَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ خَيْرُ الدُّعَاءِ دُعَاءُ يَوْمِ عَرَفَةَ وَخَيْرُ مَا قُلْتُ أَنَا وَالنَّبِيُّونَ مِنْ قَبْلِي لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌقَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ وَحَمَّادُ بْنُ أَبِي حُمَيْدٍ هُوَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي حُمَيْدٍ وَهُوَ أَبُو إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ الْمَدِينِيُّ وَلَيْسَ هُوَ بِالْقَوِيِّ عِنْدَ أَهْلِ الْحَدِيثِ
Narrated to us [Abu 'Amru Al Haddza` Al Madini], he said: narrated to me [Abdullah bin Nafi'] from [Hammad bin Abu Humaid] from ['Amru bin Syu'aib] from [his father] from [his grandfather] that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The best supplication is the supplication on the day of 'Arafah and the best of what I and the Prophets before me said is 'LAA ILAAHA ILLALLAHU WAHDAHUU LAA SYARIIKALAHU LAHUL MULKU WALAHUL HAMDU WAHUWA 'ALAA KULLI SYAI'IN QADIIR (There is no god but Allah alone, no partner for Him, to Him belongs the kingdom and praise and He is over all things competent).'" Abu Isa said: "this hadith is gharib through this chain. Hammad bin Abu Humaid is Muhammad bin Abu Humaid namely Abu Ibrahim Al Anshari Al Madini, according to hadith scholars he is weak (in memory)."
