Tidak boleh meninggalkan sa’i bagi yang berhaji atau berumroh
Imam Tirmidzi : 2891حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ قَال سَمِعْتُ الزُّهْرِيَّ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ قَالَ قُلْتُ لِعَائِشَةَ مَا أَرَى عَلَى أَحَدٍ لَمْ يَطُفْ بَيْنَ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ شَيْئًا وَمَا أُبَالِي أَنْ لَا أَطُوفَ بَيْنَهُمَا فَقَالَتْ بِئْسَ مَا قُلْتَ يَا ابْنَ أُخْتِي طَافَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَطَافَ الْمُسْلِمُونَ وَإِنَّمَا كَانَ مَنْ أَهَلَّ لِمَنَاةَ الطَّاغِيَةِ الَّتِي بِالْمُشَلَّلِ لَا يَطُوفُونَ بَيْنَ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ فَأَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى { فَمَنْ حَجَّ الْبَيْتَ أَوْ اعْتَمَرَ فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْهِ أَنْ يَطَّوَّفَ بِهِمَا } وَلَوْ كَانَتْ كَمَا تَقُولُ لَكَانَتْ فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْهِ أَنْ لَا يَطَّوَّفَ بِهِمَا قَالَ الزُّهْرِيُّ فَذَكَرْتُ ذَلِكَ لِأَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ هِشَامٍ فَأَعْجَبَهُ ذَلِكَ وَقَالَ إِنَّ هَذَا الْعِلْمُ وَلَقَدْ سَمِعْتُ رِجَالًا مِنْ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ يَقُولُونَ إِنَّمَا كَانَ مَنْ لَا يَطُوفُ بَيْنَ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ مِنْ الْعَرَبِ يَقُولُونَ إِنَّ طَوَافَنَا بَيْنَ هَذَيْنِ الْحَجَرَيْنِ مِنْ أَمْرِ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ وَقَالَ آخَرُونَ مِنْ الْأَنْصَارِ إِنَّمَا أُمِرْنَا بِالطَّوَافِ بِالْبَيْتِ وَلَمْ نُؤْمَرْ بِهِ بَيْنَ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ فَأَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى { إِنَّ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةَ مِنْ شَعَائِرِ اللَّهِ } قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ فَأُرَاهَا قَدْ نَزَلَتْ فِي هَؤُلَاءِ وَهَؤُلَاءِ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ
Narrated to us [Ibn Abu Umar] has told us [Sufyan] has told us, I heard [Az Zuhri] narrate from ['Urwah] he said : I said to ['Aisha] "In my opinion, the one who does not sa'i between Safa and Marwah is not responsible for anything and I do not care for not sa'i between them." 'Aisha replied; "What you say is very bad, O my nephew, the Messenger of Allah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam has performed sa'i and so have the Muslims, indeed the one who performs the Talbiyah for Manat the thaghut who is in Musyallil (a place between Mecca and Medina where there is a lot of water) is the one who does not perform sa'i between Safa and Marwah. Then Allah Tabaraka wa Ta'ala revealed the verse: "So whoever performs the pilgrimage to the House or performs 'Umrah, then there is no sin for him to perform sa'i between the two." QS Al-Baqarah: 158. If it were as you say, the verse would have been: "Then there is no sin for him not to perform sa'i between the two." Az Zuhri said : I mentioned this to Abu Bakr bin Abdurrahman bin Al Harith bin Hisham, apparently it surprised him, he said : "This is knowledge, and I have heard some scholars say; "Those who do not agree between Shafa and Marwah from Arab circles say that our tawaf between Shafa and Marwah is a matter of ignorance." While others, from Ansar said : "We were only ordered to perform Tawaf in the Baitullah and we were not ordered to perform Tawaf between Shafa and Marwah, then Allah Ta'ala revealed the verse: "Indeed, Shafaa and Marwa are part of the syi'ar of Allah."
