Imam Tirmidzi : 1586حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ حَدَّثَنَا نُعَيْمُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ حَدَّثَنَا بَقِيَّةُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ عَنْ بَحِيرِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ مَعْدَانَ عَنْ الْمِقْدَامِ بْنِ مَعْدِي كَرِبَ قَالَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لِلشَّهِيدِ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ سِتُّ خِصَالٍ يُغْفَرُ لَهُ فِي أَوَّلِ دَفْعَةٍ وَيَرَى مَقْعَدَهُ مِنْ الْجَنَّةِ وَيُجَارُ مِنْ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ وَيَأْمَنُ مِنْ الْفَزَعِ الْأَكْبَرِ وَيُوضَعُ عَلَى رَأْسِهِ تَاجُ الْوَقَارِ الْيَاقُوتَةُ مِنْهَا خَيْرٌ مِنْ الدُّنْيَا وَمَا فِيهَا وَيُزَوَّجُ اثْنَتَيْنِ وَسَبْعِينَ زَوْجَةً مِنْ الْحُورِ الْعِينِ وَيُشَفَّعُ فِي سَبْعِينَ مِنْ أَقَارِبِهِقَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ غَرِيبٌ
Narrated to us [Abdullah bin 'Abdurrahman] said, narrated to us [Nu'aim bin Hammad] said, narrated to us [Baqiyyah Ibnul Walid] from [Bahir bin Sa'd] from [Khalid bin Ma'dan] from [Al Miqdam bin Ma'di Karib], he said: 'The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: The martyr with Allah has six virtues: his sins are forgiven from the first drop of his blood in battle, he is shown his seat in Paradise, he is protected from the punishment of the grave, he is granted safety from the great fear when raised from the grave, he is given a crown of honor with a gem better than the world and all it contains, he is married to seventy-two houris, and he is granted intercession for seventy of his family members." Abu Isa said: 'This hadith is hasan sahih gharib.'"
