Mendengar dan taat adalah haq (kewajiban) selama tidak diperintah berbuat maksiat
Imam Tirmidzi : 1629حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ السَّمْعُ وَالطَّاعَةُ عَلَى الْمَرْءِ الْمُسْلِمِ فِيمَا أَحَبَّ وَكَرِهَ مَا لَمْ يُؤْمَرْ بِمَعْصِيَةٍ فَإِنْ أُمِرَ بِمَعْصِيَةٍ فَلَا سَمْعَ عَلَيْهِ وَلَا طَاعَةَقَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ عَلِيٍّ وَعِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ وَالْحَكَمِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو الْغِفَارِيِّ وَهَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ
Al à contât a nô [Qutaibah] al à dit, al à contât a nô [Al Laits] di [Ubaidullah bin Umar] di [Nafi’] di [Ibn Umar] al à dit; ‘Il Profete sallallaahu alaihi wasallam al à dit: ‘Che un musulman al scolti e al obedi, sedi intes robis che i plasin o che i odiin fintant che nol è ordenât di fâ disobedience. Se tu âs di cometi une disobedience, alore no tu âs di scoltâ e obedî’. Abu Isa al disè; “In chest cjapitul a son ancje hadith di Ali, Imran ben Hushain e Al Hakam ben Amru Al Ghifari. Chest hadith al è un hasan sahih.
