Barangsiapa mati tanpa bai’at di lehernya, maka ia mati dalam keadaan jahiliyah
Imam Tirmidzi : 2481حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ وَكِيعٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي عَنْ فُضَيْلِ بْنِ مَرْزُوقٍ عَنْ عَطِيَّةَ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍيَرْفَعُهُ قَالَ إِذَا كَانَ يَوْمُ الْقِيَامَةِ أُتِيَ بِالْمَوْتِ كَالْكَبْشِ الْأَمْلَحِ فَيُوقَفُ بَيْنَ الْجَنَّةِ وَالنَّارِ فَيُذْبَحُ وَهُمْ يَنْظُرُونَ فَلَوْ أَنَّ أَحَدًا مَاتَ فَرَحًا لَمَاتَ أَهْلُ الْجَنَّةِ وَلَوْ أَنَّ أَحَدًا مَاتَ حُزْنًا لَمَاتَ أَهْلُ النَّارِقَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ
Narrated to us [Sufyan bin Waki'] has told us [my father] from [Fudlail bin Marzuq] from [Athiyah] from [Abu Sa'id] he marfu'd it, he said: On the Day of Resurrection, death will come like a gray sheep and be established between heaven and hell, after that it will be slaughtered and they will see. If someone dies because they are happy, the residents of heaven will surely die and if someone dies because they are sad, the residents of hell will surely die. Abu Isa said: This hadith is hasan sahih .
