Rasulullah bersabda: Hakim ada tiga golongan, dua di neraka dan satu di surga, yang di surga adalah yang memutus dengan kebenaran
Imam Tirmidzi : 1244حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَعِيلَ حَدَّثَنِي الْحَسَنُ بْنُ بِشْرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ عُبَيْدَةَ عَنْ ابْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِأَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ الْقُضَاةُ ثَلَاثَةٌ قَاضِيَانِ فِي النَّارِ وَقَاضٍ فِي الْجَنَّةِ رَجُلٌ قَضَى بِغَيْرِ الْحَقِّ فَعَلِمَ ذَاكَ فَذَاكَ فِي النَّارِ وَقَاضٍ لَا يَعْلَمُ فَأَهْلَكَ حُقُوقَ النَّاسِ فَهُوَ فِي النَّارِ وَقَاضٍ قَضَى بِالْحَقِّ فَذَلِكَ فِي الْجَنَّةِ
Díxonos [Muhammad bin Isma'il], díxonos [Al Hasan bin Bisyr], díxonos [Sharik] de [Al Amasy] de [Said bin Ubadah] de [Ibnu Buraidah] de [o seu pai] que o Profeta, sallallaahu alaihi wasallam, dixo: "Hai tres xuíces, dous no inferno e un no ceo: alguén que xulga mal aínda que sabe o que é correcto, entón está no inferno. Un xuíz estúpido entón destrúe os dereitos humanos, entón está no inferno. E un xuíz que xulga correctamente irá ao ceo".
