Orang kaya yang menunda-nunda pembayaran hutang adalah satu kezaliman
Imam Tirmidzi : 1229حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ عَنْ الْأَعْرَجِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَعَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَطْلُ الْغَنِيِّ ظُلْمٌ وَإِذَا أُتْبِعَ أَحَدُكُمْ عَلَى مَلِيٍّ فَلْيَتْبَعْقَالَ وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ وَالشَّرِيدِ بْنِ سُوَيْدٍ الثَّقَفِيِّ
Narrated to us [Muhammad bin Basysyar], narrated to us [Abdurrahman bin Mahdi], narrated to us [Sufyan] from [Abu Az Zinad] from [Al A'raj] from [Abu Hurairah] from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, he said: Delay by the rich in paying debt is injustice if one of you is transferred debt to a rich person, let the rich one accept it." He said: In this matter, there is a similar hadith from Ibnu Umar and Syarid bin Suwaid Ats Tsaqafi."
