Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam melaknat orang yang memberi uang sogokan dan orang yang menerimanya
Imam Tirmidzi : 1256حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَلَعَنَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الرَّاشِيَ وَالْمُرْتَشِيَ فِي الْحُكْمِقَالَ وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو وَعَائِشَةَ وَابْنِ حَدِيدَةَ وَأُمِّ سَلَمَةَ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى حَدِيثُ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ وَقَدْ رُوِيَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثُ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَرُوِيَ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَلَا يَصِحُّ قَالَ و سَمِعْت عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ يَقُولُ حَدِيثُ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَحْسَنُ شَيْءٍ فِي هَذَا الْبَابِ وَأَصَحُّ
Narrated to us [Qutaibah], narrated to us [Abu 'Awanah] from [Umar bin Abu Salamah] from [his father] from [Abu Hurairah], he said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, cursed the briber and the bribed in legal matters. He said: In this matter, there is a similar hadith from Abdullah bin Umar, A`isyah, Ibnu Hadidah, and Ummu Salamah. Abu Isa said: The hadith of Abu Hurairah is hasan sahih this hadith has been narrated from [Abu Salamah bin Abdurrahman] from [Abdullah bin Amru] from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. And it is also narrated from Abu Salamah from his father from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, but it is not sahih. He said: And I heard Abdullah bin Abdurrahman say: The hadith of Abu Salamah from Abdullah bin Amru from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, is more hasan and more sahih in this chapter.
