Imam Tirmidzi : 894حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ هِلَالٍ الْبَصْرِيُّ الصَّوَّافُ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ صُهَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِي نَضْرَةَ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍأَنَّ جِبْرِيلَ أَتَى النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ يَا مُحَمَّدُ اشْتَكَيْتَ قَالَ نَعَمْ قَالَ بِاسْمِ اللَّهِ أَرْقِيكَ مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ يُؤْذِيكَ مِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ نَفْسٍ وَعَيْنِ حَاسِدٍ بِاسْمِ اللَّهِ أَرْقِيكَ وَاللَّهُ يَشْفِيكَ
Narrated to us [Bisyr bin Hilal Al Basyri Ash Shawaf], narrated to us [Abdul Warits bin Sa'id] from [Abdul Aziz bin Shuhaib] from [Abu Nadlrah] from [Abu Sa'id] that Jibril came to the Prophet (peace be upon him) and said: 'O Muhammad, are you ill?' He replied: 'Yes.' (Jibril, peace be upon him) prayed: 'BISMILLAH ARQIKA MIN KULLI SYAIIN YU`DZIKA MIN KULLI NAFSIN WA 'AININ HASIDIN BIS MILLAHI ARQIKA WAALLAHU YASYFIKA. (In the name of Allah, I perform ruqyah on you from everything that harms you, from the evil of every soul or envious eye. In the name of Allah, I perform ruqyah on you, and Allah will heal you).'
