Tangan pencuri dipotong (jika hasil curian) mencapai seperempat dinar atau lebih
Imam Abu Dawud : 3810حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ سَمِعْتُهُ مِنْهُ عَنْ عَمْرَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَاأَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَقْطَعُ فِي رُبُعِ دِينَارٍ فَصَاعِدًا
Narrated to us [Ahmad bin Muhammad bin Hanbal], he said, narrated to us [Sufyan] from [Az Zuhri], he said, I heard the hadith from him, from [Amrah] from ['Aisyah], may Allah be pleased with her, she said, "The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, cut off a thief’s hand if the stolen item was worth a quarter dinar or more."
