Imam Abu Dawud : 3862حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ مُوسَى الْبَلْخِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ قَالَ مُجَالِدٌ أَخْبَرَنَا عَنْ عَامِرٍ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَجَاءَتْ الْيَهُودُ بِرَجُلٍ وَامْرَأَةٍ مِنْهُمْ زَنَيَا فَقَالَ ائْتُونِي بِأَعْلَمِ رَجُلَيْنِ مِنْكُمْ فَأَتَوْهُ بِابْنَيْ صُورِيَا فَنَشَدَهُمَا كَيْفَ تَجِدَانِ أَمْرَ هَذَيْنِ فِي التَّوْرَاةِ قَالَا نَجِدُ فِي التَّوْرَاةِ إِذَا شَهِدَ أَرْبَعَةٌ أَنَّهُمْ رَأَوْا ذَكَرَهُ فِي فَرْجِهَا مِثْلَ الْمِيلِ فِي الْمُكْحُلَةِ رُجِمَا قَالَ فَمَا يَمْنَعُكُمَا أَنْ تَرْجُمُوهُمَا قَالَا ذَهَبَ سُلْطَانُنَا فَكَرِهْنَا الْقَتْلَ فَدَعَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِالشُّهُودِ فَجَاءُوا بِأَرْبَعَةٍ فَشَهِدُوا أَنَّهُمْ رَأَوْا ذَكَرَهُ فِي فَرْجِهَا مِثْلَ الْمِيلِ فِي الْمُكْحُلَةِ فَأَمَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِرَجْمِهِمَاحَدَّثَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ بَقِيَّةَ عَنْ هُشَيْمٍ عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَالشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَحْوَهُ لَمْ يَذْكُرْ فَدَعَا بِالشُّهُودِ فَشَهِدُوا حَدَّثَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ بَقِيَّةَ عَنْ هُشَيْمٍ عَنْ ابْنِ شُبْرُمَةَ عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ بِنَحْوٍ مِنْهُ
Narrated to us [Yahya bin Musa Al Balkhi], he said, narrated to us [Abu Usamah], he said, [Mujalid] said, informed us from [Amir] from [Jabir bin Abdullah], he said, "Jews came with a man and woman from among them who committed adultery. He said: 'Bring me the most knowledgeable of your scholars.' They brought two sons of Shuriya. He asked them: 'What ruling do you find in the Torah for these two adulterers?' They replied, 'We find in the Torah: if four witnesses testify they saw the man’s organ enter the woman’s like an eyeliner pencil enters its bottle, they must be stoned.' He asked: 'What prevents you from stoning them?' They replied, 'Our authority is gone, so we fear being killed.' The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, requested witnesses. They brought four witnesses who testified they saw the man’s organ enter the woman’s like an eyeliner pencil enters its bottle. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, then ordered their stoning." Narrated to us [Wahb bin Baqiyyah] from [Husyaim] from [Mugirah] from [Ibrahim] and [Asy Sya'bi] from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, as in the hadith. But it didn’t mention, 'he requested four witnesses, and they testified.' Narrated to us [Wahb bin Baqiyyah] from [Husyaim] from [Ibnu Syubrumah] from [Asy Sya'bi] as in the hadith."
