Anjuran minum susu karena membawa berkah dan kekuatan
Imam Ibnu Majah : 3313حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ أَطْعَمَهُ اللَّهُ طَعَامًا فَلْيَقُلْ اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ لَنَا فِيهِ وَارْزُقْنَا خَيْرًا مِنْهُ وَمَنْ سَقَاهُ اللَّهُ لَبَنًا فَلْيَقُلْ اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ لَنَا فِيهِ وَزِدْنَا مِنْهُ فَإِنِّي لَا أَعْلَمُ مَا يُجْزِئُ مِنْ الطَّعَامِ وَالشَّرَابِ إِلَّا اللَّبَنُ
Narrated by [Hisham bin 'Ammar], he said: Narrated by [Isma'il bin 'Ayyash], narrated by [Ibn Juraij] from [Ibn Shihab] from ['Ubaidullah bin Abdullah bin 'Utbah] from [Ibn Abbas], he said: Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said, 'Whoever is given food by Allah, let him say, O Allah bless us in it and grant us better than it." Whoever is given milk (laban) by Allah let him say "O Allah bless us in it and increase it for us." For I know of no food or drink that suffices except milk.'
